The Public Service Pensions Fund
(PSPF) has upgraded its Mobile App, now available for download on both the
Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The app provides members convenient,
secure, and instant access to pension information and services directly from their
smartphones.
The upgraded app offers fast and
convenient access to PSPF services, reduced need for physical visits to PSPF
offices, real-time access to pension information, a secure and user-friendly
platform, and 24/7 availability.
Among
the key features introduced on the platform are electronic Know Your Customer
(eKYC) services, Microfin Loan Applications, and Biometric Life Certificates,
allowing members and pensioners to conveniently update their records, apply for
loans, and complete life certification processes remotely.
PSPF
encourages all members and pensioners to download the upgraded mobile app and
take advantage of the enhanced digital services designed to provide greater
convenience, efficiency, and accessibility.
