PSPF MICROFINANCE LOAN APPLICATION PROCESS GOES FULLY DIGITAL
The Public Service Pensions Fund (PSPF) has taken a major step in enhancing service delivery by introducing a fully digital Microfinance Loan application process, marking a significant milestone in the Fund’s ongoing digital transformation agenda.
Through the new system, eligible members can now apply for Microfinance loans online, eliminating the need for physical paperwork and in-person submissions.
To access the service, members now simply need to visit the PSPF website (www.pspf.org.zm), navigate to the E-PSPF portal, and click on Microfinance to begin the application process.
Previously, loan applications required the manual submission of forms and supporting documents at PSPF offices. With this upgrade, members can now complete the process digitally, aligning with modern service delivery standards and reducing the need for physical visits.
The
Microfinance Scheme, introduced to support serving members with affordable
personal loans, continues to play a vital role in meeting members’ financial
needs and empowering them to invest in their future.
