PSPF HOSTS ACSZ DELEGATION TO STRENGTHEN COLLABORATION

Public Service Pensions Fund Chief Executive Officer Mr. Francis Pindani Nyirenda on 16th February 2026 hosted a delegation from the Agriculture and Commercial Cooperative Society of Zambia, led by Society President Mr. Rene W. A. Lourens.

The courtesy visit focused on exploring areas of collaboration between the two institutions as the Society prepares to host its centenary celebrations in 2028.

Mr. Nyirenda welcomed the delegation and reaffirmed PSPF’s commitment to sustaining its long-standing relationship with the Society. He noted that the Agriculture and Commercial Show remains an effective platform for the Fund to engage the wider public, extending outreach beyond its members and pensioners.

Mr. Lourens outlined the planned activities for the centenary celebrations, as well as the ongoing preparations for the 2026 Agriculture and Commercial Show scheduled for 29th July to 3rd August 2026, under the theme “Fostering Trade and Investment” and commended Public Service Pensions Fund for its consistent support over the years.

The Show Society President called for continued collaboration in key areas of mutual interest ahead of the milestone event, which is expected to attract significant local and international participation.

Mr. Lourens was accompanied by Mr. Chikoti, the Society Board Member; Mr. Mwiya Mukamba the Society Chief Executive Officer; and Mr. Peter Sibande, Internal Audit Manager.
