The Public Service Pensions Fund (PSPF) participated in the 6th Customer Service Summit held on March 29, 2025 at the Mulungushi International Conference Center under the theme "Future-Proofing Business Success through Customer Experience, Humane AI, Cybersecurity, and Effective People Management."

The event organised by NJCbe Consulting Limited, which brought together customer service professionals and business leaders from across various sectors, provided a platform for PSPF to showcase its commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences to its clients.

The summit featured distinguished speakers including Siddharthar Parmar (Chief Happiness Officer), Chansa Lubumbe (Customer Experience Coach), Bruce Sikombe (The Customer Service Scientist), and Daniel Chibesakunda (Technology Architect), who shared valuable insights on various aspects of customer service excellence. 

Mr. Elvin Joseph Nasilele, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ZACCI), graced the event as the Guest of Honor.

A significant highlight of the summit was the launch of the Zambia National Customer Satisfaction Index by the Guest of Honor, underscoring the growing importance of customer satisfaction metrics in evaluating organizational performance.

PSPF's participation in the summit reinforced its ongoing commitment to adopting best practices in customer service while fostering meaningful relationships with clients. 

At the event, PSPF had an exhibition stand where visitors were introduced to the Fund's innovative products and services, highlighting how recent digitization and automation initiatives have transformed service delivery, making pension services more accessible.
