PSPF INTRODUCES E-LIFE CERTIFICATE FEATURE FOR PENSIONERS
In a bid to
enhance Pensioner experience and provide convenience and efficiency for pensioners,
the Public Service Pensions Fund (PSPF) has introduced and implemented the
e-life certificate on e-pspf which transforms the process of submitting life
certificates.
With the e-life
certificate, pensioners now have the option to download the certificate directly
from the PSPF Website, fill in the necessary details, have it certified and
date stamped and then conveniently uploaded back onto the e-pspf platform with
a copy of the National Registration Card (NRC) attached.
Kindly note that
attestation of the e-life certificate form is restricted to the following;
Members of Parliament, Permanent Secretaries, Provincial Heads, District
Commissioners (DCs), Directors, Bankers, Medical Doctors and Lawyers.
This streamlined
process is designed to alleviate the burden of manual submission, thereby
curtailing the tedious process of manually submitting this important
requirement.
To access the
e-life certificate feature, pensioners can simply visit the PSPF Website at www.pspf.org.zm from
which they can navigate to the e-pspf tab and select the option to download the
life certificate.
PSPF remains
committed to leveraging technology to enhance the pensioner experience and
streamline administrative processes. The introduction of the e-life certificate
feature underscores the Fund’s dedication to innovation and
customer-centricity, ultimately ensuring a seamless experience for pensioners.
